Hi I'm Sian! I've been nannying and working with children for 7 years. I am currently a nanny working with children ages 6 months- 7 years. Getting outside for exercise is extremely important to me coming from an athletic background, as well as making sure online use of phones and video games is brought to a limit! I LOVE using positive affirmations because your child is capable of achieving and working through everything! As a live in nanny I can help with kid meals and weekly meal planning, potty training, sleep training, laundry, driving, light cleaning, groceries, pets, and weekly age appropriate lesson plans. I am a former swim instructor so I can also assist with daily swim lessons! I also have experience as a family assistant/ house manager so I can aid with paralegal, paying bills, overseeing house repairs and maintenance, personal task, scheduling meetings appointments, travel arrangements and prior safety checks, employee management, and rental management!

Ms. Sian was amazing! She was our babysitter for six months to my three and five year old. Sian would always show up half an hour early to help us get out of the home faster, go over our daily checklist of everything the children needed including structured playtime, meals, baths, bed times, and followed all of it to the letter! Our children's safety was always her number one priority. She made sure to keep up to date with our daughter's allergies, aided to any signs of colds, and taught our kids proper procedures such as handwashing, potty training, and what to do in emergencies. The most helpful thing she did was documenting everything through out the day like when they went potty, what was cleaned and or organized, times they fell asleep, and behaviors. Sian kept us updated via text and phone call which was very reassuring when being away all day. Overall, Ms. Sian you were a blessing to have in our home and I hope you continue to make others happy!
