About Siani

Hi there! My name is Siani (C-ahn-nee), and I've been working with children for about 8 years-and I've loved every minute of it. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Law and Justice and am currently finishing my Master's in Criminal Justice. In addition to my core studies, I've completed numerous early childhood education, childhood psychology, and developmental courses. I have five years of ECE teaching experience and have worked with children ranging from newborns to 16 years old. I also have five years of experience working with children with special needs, including autism, physical disabilities, and developmental delays. My number one priority is always your child's safety and well-being. I take time to learn each family's unique needs and build a care plan that reflects your values and expectations. I truly have a passion for this work and always seem to come back to it-because caring for children isn't just something I do, it's something I love.
