Shyla is a thoughtful cat-sitter with patience and dedication. I met with her several times to meet the cats, go over the details, and finally hand over the keys. She was always eager to allay my worries and show me she was the best person to take care of my cats. She administered medication on a strict schedule and made sure to do all of the things on the list. She made sure to send me pictures and keep me updated on how things were going. She kept a cool head in a stressful situation and reached out to get instructions and assistance. I will be recommending her highly and would hire her again.
