I'd describe my personality as flexible , hard-working and reliable . I like caring for seniors because I find it incredibly rewarding to witness the positive impact my care has on their well-being and quality of life. Additionally, I learn a great deal from their experiences and wisdom, enriching my own perspective. I'm looking for a job that I value a positive work environment, so I'm looking for a team that is collaborative, supportive, and inclusive. I started caring for seniors when I was about 18 just looking for a start in the healthcare field . In my spare time, I like to spend time with my toddler and my grandmother , really warms my heart . My skills include empathy , patience and adaptability. Being a parent at such a young age changes my mindset so much I definitely understand how hard it is to keep up with yourself and a little that's looking at every move you make . I feel caring for someone else won't be to different for me .
