I have 5 years of childcare experience, including helping care for my niece and supporting children with daily routines, activities, meals, and supervision. I also have 3 years of experience providing care and support to seniors and individuals who need assistance at home. My experience includes personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, organizing, and helping clients maintain their independence and comfort.
