About Shuchi

I have about 5 years of childcare experience, starting with babysitting and later gaining hands-on experience in classrooms with younger kids. These roles have taught me how to create a safe, supportive, and fun environment where children feel comfortable and encouraged to grow. I've worked with children of different ages and needs, including kids with autism and other developmental differences. I try to be patient and flexible, and I like finding ways to keep kids happy, active, and learning as they go. Families I've worked with describe me as dependable, responsible, and easy to communicate with. I understand how important consistency and trust are when it comes to childcare, and I make sure to follow household routines while keeping parents updated. I'm also happy to help with light meal prep, tidying up, driving kids to activities, and I am currently studying psychology.
