About Shoshana

I'm a 32-year-old 2x college graduate with a BS in Health Administration, and an MA in Special Education with an emphasis with ABA. I am also a certified RBT, gaining experience and hours to sit for the BCAB to become a certified BCBA. I've been a long term nanny with the same family since 2017, caring for 3 children, one who was an infant when starting, a toddler when starting, and eventually a newborn through out the years of employment. Prior to that I was a nanny for an infant with medical issues/needs, a daycare employee, and a lead preschool teacher. I also have over 20 years of professional experience working with children with special needs through out different volunteer opportunities, and 30 years of non professional experience due to having a sibling on the spectrum. Along with nannying, I worked as a sub/sped sub for CCPS before phasing into the ABA field and working as an RBT along side nannying. My passion is children, and it's something I just happen to excell in.

Shani is such a splendid woman! Her flexibility to my needs have made babysitting a breeze. She's almost always available, she's punctual, well mannered, and such a delight for my kids to be around. She helps me around the house and makes sure that my kids dishes and toys are cleaned up when she's in service. She always has a positive attitude and is so accommodating if my schedule may change. My children have formed a great relationship with her as well as I and she's someone I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
