I was asked to share a review to this person. Shonya upon meeting is a friendly person. She is on time when she is scheduled and her cleaning was well done. Unfortunately this did not end up a good match. While we appreciated her efforts, there was often a lot of pushback when a request was made. This made things stressful as health and business needs were not supported while tending to requests. She seemed upset when I did not provide a reference for another job early in our relationship and was upset when pay that was through our business was taking a couple days to get set up legally. Unfortunately it became a lot when we just needed housekeeping. Perhaps she would do better in a home with very clear communication early on.
