I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Shontelle who I found to be a wonderful, caring, compassionate, skilled, sensitive, insightful and capable HHA to our elderly client. I personally hired Shontelle as part of our Homecare Team, at a point where our client required a high level of assistance and care. Shontelle always brought a smile to our clients face and kept our client both physically and emotionally comfortable, while maintaining our clients dignity and sense of self. Shontelle was always able to complete all tasks, no matter how challenging and also was able to look ahead to see what the next steps were, as our clients needs kept evolving and changing. Always extremely reliable, on time and willing to do whatever was necessary in the best interest of the client. A true blessing!
