I would like to be honest about my working style. Babysitting interviews can be difficult for me because I sometimes go blank even when I know the answers(shyness, anxiety). Because of this, I do better in hands-on settings than interviews. I would prefer a trial day or short trial period so you can see how I interact with children, handle responsibilities, and fit your family's needs, then decide if you would like me to continue. I am a caring, dependable childcare provider with experience from preemies to pre-teens, including children with disabilities. I can assist with feeding, routines, potty training, and developmental support. I focus on creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment tailored to each child/family I am also organized and use downtime to keep spaces clean so families return to a calm/comfortable environment.
