About Shonie

Hi! My name is Shonie, and I'm a nurturing, energetic, and patient caregiver with years of hands-on experience in both professional and personal settings. I've worked in two different daycare centers over the years, primarily caring for children ages infant to 6 years old. I also have a certificate of completion for early childcare classes, and I'm a proud mom to a toddler myself! I love reading stories, going to the park & encouraging imagination. I'm also familiar with working with children on the autism spectrum, as my daughter is on the spectrum herself. This has given me even deeper empathy & understanding when it comes to individual needs I'm currently available full-time and have reliable transportation. I would need to bring my daughter with me to work until I'm able to secure childcare for her as we are fairly new to this area. I'm happy to help with light housework & pet-friendly homes
