I started working in my church's nursery when I was 10 years old, when I was 12 I babysat all the kids in my neighborhood. I've done several babysitting jobs with a few families for several years. I recently had Shonda babysit my 5 month old and she did a great job in trying to get my son to adjust to a new person. He is at that fussy stage and even though he was a bit more difficult than I liked, Shonda adjusted to make him as comfortable as possible. She was punctual and confident in her ability to take care of an infant.
