I started doing home health care when I was 18 I am now 44. I have worked with agencies as well as private pay. I worked in a retirement home for a few months. All other jobs have been in individual households. I had my CNA license but it lapsed because I was not working under a nurse. I have handled doctor's appointments, money management, scheduling, planning for outings, housekeeping, meal prepping, cooking for special diets, feedings, medication management, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice care, very little wound care, and more. I have a bit of a weak stomach so there are certain things that may get to me but that doesn't mean I absolutely won't do it. If you want honesty, I've been known to throw up, then finish the job haha. If there is something I don't have knowledge of I'm not against learning. I can work with all ages.
