Current Missouri Family Care background check. My certifications are 1st Aid/CPR, Missouri DMH Abuse & Neglect, Bloodborne Pathogens, and HIPPA. I am also a Medicaid provider and a Registered Behavior Technician through the state of Missouri. I have a B. S. & an M. B. A degree in an unrelated field. I assist/advocate/support clients with Autism, Aspergers, ADD, ADHD, Epilepsy, Encephalitis, intellectual & dev disabilities designing & implementing specialized programs to enhance self-direction & increased independence according to an individual's care plan. I provide direction, instruction, prompting, imitation/modeling/redirection, positive reinforcement and utilization of communication devices for the desired behavior. I utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and other pc skills along with utilizing smart phones and apps.
