I phone screened Shirley. We set a time and she called through Care.com right on time. She is more than capable to watch and care for children. I really liked her energy, experience, and confidence. She was open to how I parent and was willing to work on potty training with my toddler. Unfortunately, we decided best to end at the phone screen since the start time of the job I needed would have bumped up against a sluggish Atlanta commute for her.
