I have worked as a manager in a assistant living setting and a dementia setting. I was in charge of the complete operations of both units. I have trained staff on the care of a person with dementia. The experience that I have in dementia and senior care will help to make caring for seniors more pleasant for everyone involved. I also have years of experience in hospice care, which I understand can be a very trying time for family members.
