About Shirley

I am a retired teacher who spent most of my time teaching middle school math and reading to both special needs and general education students. I taught every grade from 1st to high school, but spent the majority of my time with 7th and 8th graders. I am looking for part time work tutoring and will consider part time nanny positions as well, We can work on schedules that work for both parties. I will gladly encourage and work with your child/children in the areas of math (preferably,) reading comprehension, as well as language arts, science and history. I do expect sincere effort from my students and will help with organization and work completion. I no longer have my licenses as I did not plan to return to teaching in a public school.
