About Shirley

I've been in the HealthCare field for over 20 years and have worked for many different clients with different needs. I find it very rewarding to be able to care, assist with activities of daily living, and enjoy the companionship of clients. I was Caregiver of two elderly people, a brother and sister, who were both deaf and mute and needed considerable care, while caring for my late husband who had pancreatic cancer. I learned a lot through those years and had more training as well for their particular care, and learning to care for others. I am a compassionate, caring, kind-hearted, reliable, and considerate person. I have worked in Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Private Homes, and the State Hospital, assisting and helping clients with baths, meal preparations, medications, dressing, hair grooming, ambulation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
