I currently work for one or more families assisting with daily childcare needs. I was lead preschool teacher at private school for over 16 years. I retired from that position in 2017 but I occasionally fill in as substitute when needed. I also have nursing background. I worked in nursing home with my CNA license for 6 years, as well as for private clients in their homes.

We have been blessed beyond measure to get to know Shirelle and have her help! She is amazing with our boys and has done an incredible job of helping our family get organized. She has wonderful ideas that have made a huge difference in allowing us to function better day to day. In addition to being kind, caring and patient, Shirelle is reliable and trustworthy. She is truly a joy to be around and has the best attitude. We are so grateful for her! 

Mrs. Shirelle came in and my babies were instantly drawn to her. She also does great with my 5 year old. I love that she has my twins on a schedule and they're so comfortable and in love with her. You can tell that she loves what she does and she goes beyond her scope to do what's best for my kids. She's very sweet and extremely helpful! I don't know what we would do without her help!

We hired Shirelle to run a neighborhood pod during the COVID lockdown and she was the greatest! She cared and taught four children, including my son. During the year, I saw such great improvement in my son's social skills. Shirelle was easy to talk to, flexible with emergencies and overall the kids loved her!

I was looking for childcare in the summer of 2020, after my husband and I decided not to put our preschool-aged children  back into school during the pandemic.  Shirelle's profile immediately stood out.  We connected and we were so impressed by her and loved her warmth and honestly.  We were lucky she chose our family, because she had a few offers!  What initially was supposed to be a nanny situation quickly developed into a "pandemic pod," where we turned our basement into a classroom and 2 other children came to the pod in addition to our 2 children.  I cannot fully express in writing how amazing Shirelle was with the pod!  Her teaching background really shined and she truly created a classroom experience for the kids, entirely on her own.  The kids loved going to their pod every day, and love Ms. Shirelle.  She was always early, full of energy, and so loving to the kids.  She is hard working, honest, joyful, loving, and an absolute delight to be around!

Shirelle's profile immediately stuck out when we were looking for a caregiver for our 3 month old! She was amazing with our infant, who was getting over colic and reflux. She followed specific instructions and strived to do everything the way we did to keep things uniform. Our baby's face lights up when she sees Shirelle!
 
She also spent time with our family providing childcare during the Covid-19 pandemic, when my husband and I worked from home with a 4.5 year old and 6 month old. Apart from her professionalism at all times, she has a genuine interest in the developmental needs and emotional well-being of kids and her passion and expertise are evident.
 
She has a knack for making an instant connection with babies as well as older kids, She is kind, nurturing, dependable, attentive and very resourceful; yet she is firm without being overbearing. She provided our son much needed emotional support as he processed everything about this unusual time in our lives. Shirelle is a great support for our entire family, with her positive attitude, easy going nature and joyful demeanor. She helps me with folding the kids' laundry, organizing it impeccably, and also leaves a clean counter/dining area after kids' lunches!
 
She was very responsible in staying safe herself and ensuring the safety of those around her. We are so thankful to have her spend time with our kids.

Shirelle has been an integral part of our family since she taught our oldest son (now 9) in preschool. We continued to hire her for summer nannying and eventually as a full-time sitter for our daughter (now 3) when she was born and we needed to go back to work full time. Both of our kids are in school full time now, and I'm genuinely bummed that we cannot hire her more often. Did I mention that she potty trained both of our kids??!!

Anyone that has Shirelle working with their family is beyond lucky to have her and can rest assured that she will be present, capable and more than generous with her love, attention and knowledge.

Shirelle is absolutely amazing! When I needed help in a bind, she was there and fit in with my family and our needs perfectly! My three girls aged 23 months, 4 years, and 6 years absolutely loved her! 

Shirelle took care of them early in the morning, arriving at our home at 6am each morning (never late!). She made them breakfast, helped them get ready for school, and took them to school. Shirelle also did something I didn't even ask or expect her to do: she cleaned the little bit of dishes I had in the sink! I am so amazed with her kind heart, her professionalism, how she cares for others, and her wonderful personality! 

She is a wonderful person who is so trustworthy as well. I would most definitely hire her again and will do so. She is the perfect caregiver. Thank you so much Shirelle for your help in caring for my family!

Shirelle has become more than just our nanny and has become a friend over the years!. She is caring, thoughtful and provides for and reinforces our parenting preferences. She treats my son like her own and we have really depended on her for her helpful ideas for my sons adhd!

Shirelle is dependable, competent, friendly and fun. Kids love her! She is firm, kids love and respect her.

I will not exaggerate if I say Ms.Shirelle is the best person I have ever hired from here and I am so happy I did! We initially hired Shirelle to provide transportation to my 4 year old daughter and from the first day , we were amazed with her high level of professionalism ,respect ,honesty and love to what she is doing specially her Patience and love to kids that she expresses every time she is around my daughter.
