I have a pleather of experience working with the elderly as a home health aide with a couple of agencies (home instead and private company) in the early 90s for about 5 years. I continued my career path with working as a case manager in two sister senior facilities over 15 years while attending Sojourner Douglas College to obtain my degree in social work with the concentration of human behavior. I received my bachelor's and was afforded the opportunity to work as a lead case manager with traumatic brain injury clients for 5 years providing Case Management as well as supervisory services to home health aids taking care these clients in their group home. I am very nurturing and attentive by heart and enjoy working with the disabled and elderly population
