About Shira

I'd describe my personality as caring, determined, and enthusiastic. I like working with kids because it is exciting to watch them learn and experience aspects of the world for the first time. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old. Babysitting was the first job I ever had. I have continued working with kids through tutoring biology and chemistry. In my spare time, I like to play with my cat, Esther, and crochet. I also enjoy gardening and exercising. One thing you should know about me is that I am reliable and hardworking. I will communicate and work through challenges as they arise. My skills include creative thinking, problem solving, and education. I recently graduated from college and have a very flexible schedule. I can prepare food and tidy the house. I have a full time job starting August 7th so I am available any time leading up to that date.
