About Shira

Hello! My name is Shira, and I bring over 6yrs of caregiving experience supporting children with autism, adults with varying disabilities, and seniors living with dementia and Alzheimer's. 3yrs with kids/adults with disabilities and 3yrs with seniors. I provide compassionate care that includes housekeeping, bathing assistance, proper medication passes, transportation, record keeping, and companionship. I'm comfortable following both simple and complex care instructions, and I'm capable of working long shifts up to 12 hours when needed. Families describe me as friendly, personable, outgoing, bubbly, and energetic. I adapt to each household's unique needs and always care for individuals as if they were my own family. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment where every person feels respected, valued, and cared for.
