About Shine

Words cannot even begin to express the gratitude I have for Shine. I was managing care for a dear friend who passed away in December 2025. We hired Shine in Feb of 2024, and she has been a breath of fresh air ever since. Shine has integrity and she has a genuine and kind heart. It was so relieving knowing that I did not have to worry when he was in her care because i had complete trust in her. I think Shine may have called out once in the almost two years she worked with us. When she had car trouble she would take an uber to her shift instead of calling off. She is trust worthy with finances. I even overpaid her one week and she immediately caught my mistake and sent me back the extra money I sent. She went above and beyond for us, covered extra shifts and worked long shifts, stayed later, cleaned up, ran errands like shopping and doctors appointments and would report back to me. She even happily helped with our clients senior dogs. There are so many instances of her greatness, I would be here all day writing about how helpful and amazing she is as a caregiver. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Shine. You were hired as a caregiver and became more like family. Shine is the kind of caregiver you want caring for your loved one because she not only tells you how much she cares, she’s shows it with her actions and embodies the ideal caregiver.
