Hey my name is Shinelle. I'm originally from the Caribbean but have reside in Massachusetts for the past 20 years. I am a part of a large extended family and have assisted in raising several nieces, nephews and cousins from birth all the way through elementary school. I have firsthand experience raising children from infancy through toddlerhood and grade school. In addition, I have worked as a babysitter/nanny/ mother's helper for over 10 plus years. I particularly enjoyed working with newborns and toddler. I have worked as a mother's helper for a family with a new born and later assisted with managing the household after she had a physical injury. I have a little girl who will be 2 in October I'm looking for a new family to work with 40 hrs a week. Looking to start Jan/Feb 2025. Who's fine with me bringing her along as well. Shinelle is truly amazing at her job. She is a great communicator and a careful listener of my caregiving requests. I trust her completely with my 3 kids (3.5 yr, 1 yr, infant), and especially with more complicated dinnertime / bedtime routines. Everything is always under control and our house is super clean when we come home. She works in the infant room at a local daycare, and also has an adorable and very well behaved toddler herself, so is great with young children which I feel is harder than the older kids. Shinelle is the best I've ever worked with! Thank you!
