Shimika is Awesome! She is dependable, very reliable. S he arrives for work often 15 to 30 minutes ahead of schedule. She's engaged with my mom who has dementia. Shimka preps meals, takes walks with mom (weather permitting), assists with dressing, physical therapy when needed, administers meds and genuinely concerned about my mom's well-being. She's been taking care of my mom for over a year. She's very flexible with my work schedule. Great to work with.
