Shilah is very kind, punctual, and professional in most areas. I let her set her price and told her hours in advance and she agreed, and then quit a week later right at the start of me getting a new job in order to find a full time job. She didn't tell me she needed a full time job at the beginning and now she has left me without a sitter, In the middle of starting a new job. I offered to pay her more and even slightly increase her hours, but she found a better job-which is fine. I just wish there had been more communication upfront, but there was not. To her credit, she did finish out the following week.
