Learning alongside students is my passion! With a graduate degree and three years of experience, I create engaging, supportive, and patient learning environments where students thrive. I actively listen and observe how students interact with new material, and I encourage open communication to tailor my methods. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples and break down complex problems to build momentum. Communication is essential for understanding student needs and progress. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I have CPR training and First Aid certifications. I can tutor in Math, Science, and Foreign Language at the Elementary School level. I speak Chinese and English, and I'm comfortable tutoring at your home, a center, library, community center, or coffee shop. I'm also comfortable around pets.
