About Shiann

I have grown up all my life with animals in the house from your simple dog and cat to ferrets, hamsters, hermit crabs, fish, and more. In high school, I was a caretaker of two very playful cats that needed lots of attention. The owner would have me come over 3 times a week while she worked long hours at the hospital. These cats were a blast! Growing up in a small town has its perks because I was actually able to study Animal Science in highschool. We were made aware of different breeds, how they act, what they eat/drink, and all basic information about different animals. I currently have a dog of my own that I'm actually fostering. On a daily basis, I take him for walks, car rides, feed him, train him on sitting, paw, and remaining calm when guests arrive. I love taking care of animals as if they are my own because furry friends are like family members!
