About Shianne

My nursing life I am very passionate about, I started my nursing career when I was a junior in high school. I worked in a kitchen at a local nursing home as a dietary aid where I got to learn a lot about residents diets. When I became a senior I had to do a senior project where I volunteered in the activities department where I was able to be more hands on and learn more about a day in a residents daily life. After graduating high school I was passionate about nursing and felt is was like a second home so I started to look for jobs and found that another local nursing home was hiring a activities assistant so I took the job and did that for 2 years. Since then I have done in home health care taking care of individuals in there homes and whenever the opportunity had arose I finally took a job offer I was dreaming of I became a patient care technician and worked at geisinger Danville on a neurology floor.
