About Shiana

I am an experienced caregiver with years in different environments such as day care centers, health clinics & nanny care, given the resources when moving to Austin I was able to obtained my Registered Behavioral Therapist certification in 2020. This had allowed me to learn new teaching technics & work with individuals with disabilities. Previously, I have worked with a family approximately four years providing primary care for a child on the spectrum. Most recently providing care for multiple families whom had infants&toddlers, ranging from 3 months- 3yrs at start date. Helping the families with light house keeping, errands, meal planning & more. I also have a deep love for animals as I grew up with animals & currently have dogs. I am an outdoor lover & spend much time outdoors throughout the seasons. I am a part-time trainer & love staying physically active! I base most activities outdoor depending on weather as well as activities age appropriate that improve mobility and function.
