About Shiair

My name is Shiair, I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Currently, I am a Recreational Therapist at Alabama State University. My previous experience includes working at the Montgomery Therapeutic Center, which is conveniently located just three minutes away from Alabama State University. In my career as a Recreational Therapist, I have a strong desire to diversify my experience by working with individuals of all ages. I believe it is crucial for professionals in this field to be adaptable and comfortable working with a variety of personalities. By gaining experience in working with different age groups, I aim to enhance my skills and broaden my understanding of the diverse needs and preferences of the clients I may encounter. In the future, I hope to continue expanding my expertise by exploring opportunities in various fields within Recreational Therapy.
