Shayla was amazing, stopping by daily and taking care of our cat while we were on vacation. She communicated well, was thorough, kind, and compassionate with him, and provided daily updates as well. When we had an unexpected heatwave she took the initiative to crack a few windows and turn on the fan so it wouldn't get too hot for him.... Would definitely hire her again!
