I've been everything from a cousin watching younger family to a live-in nanny. I started looking after family at 10 years old then I started babysitting for families regularly. My oldest niece was born when I was 16 years old. I was lucky enough to be my sister's support person through the pregnancy and birth. I went to birthing classes and more. After she was born I was doing GED so I was able to be her nanny until about the age 3. I also did with my 2nd niece. I have also been a live- in nanny. I'm calm around crying/upset children. I can even handle the tantrums that may happen. I don't judge families. Everyone is different snd so is every child.
