Sherry has been my mom’s caregiver for about a year, and I am very happy that I hired her. She is a caregiver during the day to my mother, who has dementia. She does well helping my mom through daily activities and is able to help her get back to baseline when she gets confused or anxious. Sherry is very professional but also is also warm and compassionate. She has a good sense of boundaries and is careful to check in if there is a question of how to handle something. Yet, she is also creative in suggesting solutions to issues, even if they cause her to take on more duties. She is also responsible and honest. I know that I can count on her.
