My experience includes hearing impaired, post surgery, rehabilitation, heart care, dementia, dysphagia, special needs, & hospice services. I'm adept at de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, & incorporating memory care activities. I prioritize patience and understanding each person's preferences and history to build meaningful connections. I communicate with families using their preferred method.
