I've cared for a quadriplegic male, supported double hip replacement pre- and post-op, helped with recovery after falls and surgeries, assisted those with moderate dementia, cared for stroke survivors, and offered comfort in end-of-life situations-I will quietly hold vigil if needed. Sherri is an outstanding caregiver! She is also an amazing person. She goes above and beyond to meet her clients individualized needs. I’m a woman in my 40s who was struck by a debilitating rare disease making me bedridden and completely dependent on my caregivers. Sherri read about my illness before meeting me and was prepared to accommodate all of my unique needs with compassion and good humor. She is both incredibly kind and upbeat without being too upbeat (no toxic positivity!)-instead she always meets me where I’m at that day (my illness fluctuates). She makes me feel special, as if being my caregiver is a gift. She’s incredibly gentle and handles emergencies extremely well. From toileting to cooking to tidying up to massage, she does it all! I don’t think I can put into words all the many ways she’s helped me! Please know Sherri would be the best addition to your caregiving team!!!
