For over 15 years, I've found immense joy in supporting families by providing nurturing and dependable childcare. I have a college degree (Nursing - retired), and experience caring for children aged 0-12, including those with special needs. 
I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing educational games that make learning fun. I'm also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I am certified in CPR and First Aid.

Everything you could ever ask for in a nanny- she is patient, confident with kids, knowledgeable, intuitive on parents needs and just overall has a great energy in your home. 10/10 would recommend!!

Sherri came into our lives when my daughter was 6 months old and has been a true blessing to our family. How did we get so lucky? As a first time mom, leaving your baby with someone you trust completely is crucial, and Sherri makes this easy. I can’t say enough good about her. She is dependable, flexible, fun, loving, knowledgable, and respects our family’s specific wishes when caring for our daughter.  My daughter tends to have big feelings and an extremely loud, high pitched shriek that can be incredibly draining.  Sherri handles this challenge with ease and is always gentle and calm. My daughter loves her, and I can tell the feeling is mutual! I highly recommend you seize the opportunity to hire her if she’s available. Bonus…. She’s an incredible cook and removes tough baby clothes stains like a pro! 

Sherri was amazing with our 2 kids.  She came prepared with materials to make cookies and it made our kid’s night!  Would definitely hire her again.

We visited Asheville from out of town and hired Sherri to babysit our 23-month-old for 3 evenings. Sherri arrived at our hotel room on time each evening, established and maintained a rapport with our toddler, fed her dinner and played with her, and did an excellent job of getting her to sleep. Not always easy to do when a child is in an unfamiliar environment! Sherri was personable, easy to talk to, and respectful of our wishes for our child’s routine. We would hire her again if we returned to Asheville, and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and responsible caretaker for their child.

My 1 month old loved Sherri! She had her wrapped up and sleeping right away! Sherri also was able to help us with some house chores and getting caught up with things. Reliable and good communicator. 

We absolutely love Sherri. My daughter said she'd rate her a thousand stars if she could. She played with my daughter and was very dependable and responsive. We don't have family near by so we rarely go out and were worried about trusting our kids with someone we didn't know. Sherri proved to be very trustworthy and we will be using her again!
