As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), I provided compassionate, hands-on care to patients while supporting their daily needs and comfort. My responsibilities included checking vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and heart rate to monitor patient health. I assisted with feeding and carefully documented food and fluid intake to ensure proper nutrition. Additionally, I turned or mechanically repositioned patients to maintain healthy circulation, transported individuals safely, gathered necessary medical supplies, and responded promptly to all call lights, ensuring attentive and efficient patient-centered care.
