About Sherlyn

Hi! My name is Sherlyn, and I'm a caring, dependable, and hardworking college student currently working toward a career in nursing. My goal is to become a pediatric nurse because I've always had a genuine love for children and enjoy creating a safe and fun environment for them. I am CPR certified and understand how important safety, patience, and responsibility are when caring for children. I also have a lot of hands on experience caring for my younger brother, who I love very much and help look after regularly. Being there for him has taught me to be patient, attentive, responsible, and understanding of different needs and personalities. I'm also happy to help with meals and snacks, picking up toys, and keeping children's spaces clean and organized. I'm comfortable following a family's routines and making sure parents' expectations are respected. As someone pursuing nursing, I'm passionate about caring for others and hope to build meaningful connections with the families I work with.
