About Sherly

My career began with a strong focus on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, where I provided one-on-one care that emphasized independence, life skills, and community engagement. Through this work, I developed patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to each person's unique needs. Over time, I also gained experience supporting the elderly, particularly through community-based volunteer activities such as meal deliveries and companionship programs. This transition allowed me to apply the same compassionate approach while adapting to the different physical, emotional, and social needs of older adults. My background in specialized care--combined with certifications in CPR, AMAP, and safety practices--has equipped me with the versatility to provide meaningful support across diverse populations, from individuals with disabilities to seniors seeking dignity and comfort in their daily lives.
