About Sheri

I have worked in healthcare for 34 years and I've raised three children as a single mom and I have also raised many pets over the last 15 to 20 years. My primary role as a caregiver was in cardiac rehabilitation. I possess a masters degree in exercise physiology, which has provided me with the education, patience, and skills so that I can help people mend themselves and heal after a life altering event such as heart attack or failure. I am BLS & ACLS certified as well as trained to teach yoga and meditation. My current goal is to provide care for people and animals in need on a short term basis as a supplement to their primary medical professional.
