Making a difference in someone's life is my greatest motivation for providing care. I am passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I strive to be patient, calm, compassionate, and empathetic. I'm friendly and approachable, and I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I can de-escalate stressful situations, redirect attention when needed, handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes, and incorporate memory care activities or sensory engagement into care. I have a graduate degree. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I look forward to bringing my dedication and skills to your family.
