My passion for working w/children has led to a rewarding career in childcare. I bring over 20 yrs of experience in preschool teaching, nannying for infants and toddlers, and babysitting children of all ages, building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families. I have experience working w/ children on the autism spectrum and am also a parent of a child on the spectrum. I adapt well to changing routines, de-escalate challenging behaviors, and prioritize nurturing, supportive relationships. I value clear communication and provide regular updates in each family's preferred style. For the past 12 yrs, I've homeschooled my son, giving me valuable experience supporting school-aged academics. I believe children learn best through play & connection, and I create engaging environments while staying calm, professional, and detail-oriented. I look forward to bringing my experience, compassion, and reliability to a family seeking a trustworthy caregiver and peace of mind.
