For the past decade, I've dedicated myself to supporting adults and seniors, driven by a genuine passion for their well-being and independence. My experiences in previous care roles have solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. As a Certified Home Health Aide with CPR and First Aid Training, I offer respite care, transportation, assistance with errands and shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly, always striving to create a comfortable environment and build strong connections. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. I also have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities.
