My passion stems from a deep desire to support their well-being and independence, inspired by positive experiences in previous care roles. I hold a college degree and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I am skilled in respite care, transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also assist with errands, medical management, and mobility. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion with patience, and incorporate memory care activities. I understand the importance of earning trust. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. My approach is compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I specialize in hospice care and dementia care. Knowing I can make a positive difference in someone's life brings me immense joy.
