My name is Sheri. For over 7 years, I have provided childcare for children ages 5 and older and senior caregiving. Caring for others comes naturally to me.

Previously, I supervised 25 children ages 5-11 at an after-school program. I often stayed late because it was so rewarding. I also worked with preteens to adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, Down syndrome, visual impairments, ADHD and OCD.

I pride myself on being reliable, warm and nurturing. I am also an animal lover. I have a clean background and I am smoke and drug-free.

I realize we are all unique, so I take time to get to know my clients, their personalities, habits and what brings them joy. I enforce and follow the specific rules set by parents.

Sheri is a very kind and caring babysitter. She carefully follows any special instructions we have for her and she is very dependable.  

Sheri has been great with my two daughters. She has helped my youngest with her school projects which has been so helpful for me as a busy single mom. She is very punctual and reliable too. My girls are not the easiest since they don’t always get along and Sheri works very well with them. I would definitely recommend Sheri.

Sheri does very will with my children. She is reliable and great with communication. I recommend hiring her for your babysitting needs. My children are 5 & 7, she has been able to bond with the children and has created a great relationship with both of them. 

Sheri has been a great help with picking up my high school kiddo.   I had a last minute emergency and she was able to jump in and help.   I appreciate her making things easier on my end.

Sheri has been very dependable & reliable the whole time she's been working with us (7 months and counting....). She picks my son up on time and gets him to his practice without issue. Once or twice there has been a weather issue impacting schools and she was quick to reach out and see if I needed help. If I've needed to adjust the day/time, Sheri has been very flexible and accommodating with that as well. Highly recommend!!

Sheri seemed to be perfect.  I offered her the job, she wanted to wait a week to start due to my son recently visiting NY, so I accommodated that request.  She then didn't want to give up her other part time job, so I adjusted the hours to meet her needs.  Then her first day she had an appointment at DMV, so I accommodated her start late that day, her first day.  She then called in sick her second day.  Then she wouldn't give me a straight answer about day 3, so I Called her.  After speaking with her I realized she decided the job was too much for her and instead of being direct about that and giving me notice to find someone else, aligned with all the consideration I provided to her, she basically told me the job was too hard because my son didn't listen and stay on task as much as she would have liked after 1 day and that maybe she wasn't a good fit.  I would have appreciated more directness from her and a weeks notice once she realized she didn't want the job.

Sherri is Heaven Sent! Sherri has been a blessing to our family in a time when we really needed it. I have two girls, one 11 and the other 3. The only other person besides their father and I to watch them has been my Mom. Sadly my Mom has the beginning stage of dementia. This is a heartbreaking and stressful time. One of the many reasons we choose Sherri is because she has experience with dementia patients. My girls and Mom really enjoy being around Sherri. My girls asked if Sherri could come back the next day! My three year old said, " I love her! I want to borrow her!" So cute!
Children tell the truth about people and my girls are always excited and look forward to seeing Sherri. Sherri sits for us on a regular basis. If needed in the future, she'll be a great help to my Mom. Sherri also is great with pets. My dog and cat, along with my girls, run to the door to meet her. Thank you Sherri. You are a blessing in our lives.

I am so glad to have met Sheri! She took care of my 9 yo son AND my puppy. She is very caring and a great person. Not only she has more qualifications than most, in paper, in person she is even more dependable, and trustworthy. Undoubtedly, she will continue to be hired to take care of my family !
