About Sherena

Hi, I'm Sherena! I recently graduated from CSU, Chico with a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and a minor in Psychology. Working with children has been a passion of mine since childhood, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have turned that passion into both my education and career path. As the oldest of five siblings, I stepped into a caregiving role from a young age. Those experiences helped shape my patience, responsibility, creativity, and understanding of the unique needs of children at different stages of development. My aim is to create safe, nurturing spaces where children learn and thrive. Whether we're reading stories, doing crafts, playing outside, working through big emotions, or simply having fun together, I strive to be a positive, supportive, and dependable presence in every child's life.
