We were so happy to have Shena help take care of our 9mo for a couple months over the summer. Even with our son going through his separation anxiety phase, he warmed up to her quickly. She even takes care of him on sick days and works very flexibly with us on whatever he needs. She’s reliable and easy to communicate with, and if plans change on anything we can work with her very easily. On top of that she’s a great improv cook, and on most days i can come home and relax knowing she somehow miraculously pulled off dinner with whatever she can find in the fridge.
