Shelly has nannied our little boy for 9 months from age 3 months - 1 year old. She is very adept at taking care of infants and small children. She is so great at communication and gives our boy all the love in the world. She was very ope to using the app on her phone to provide updates on feeds, naps, diaper changes etc. If we were not moving we would be keeping Shelly on until our boy went to school. I thoroughly recommend her for any family that wants someone who will treat their child with love and respect!
