I recently hired Shelly to care for my elderly sister. I was very pleased with her level of skill and have no reservation about giving her an outstanding recommendation.

Shelly is kind, caring and fun. My mom immediately formed a beautiful connection with her. We are so grateful to have found Kelly to care for our loving mom.  She is extremely helpful and organized.  She has lifted our spirits. She knows exactly what needs to be done. I think she is one in a million.

Shelly has been coming for a week and everything is going smoothly. She always brings a smile and not only helps my husband with his needs, but also does light house cleaning and laundry. I actually had free time this past weekend! She cleaned our bathrooms, did a load of laundry and cleaned my refrigerator. It is extremely organized now, and I hope I can keep it like that. It was helpful not to have to do laundry this and it was all sorted and folded. 
She provides transportation for my husband to his group exercise classes and goes in with him to help and make sure he doesn't fall. Shelly has offered to run errands for us. She has taken him for walks around our neighborhood and to the store to pick up a newspaper. 

We are pleased with Shelly's care and help and are grateful that she was able to help us out. She is fitting in well with our needs and expectations. I am glad that my daughter suggested looking at care.com for possible help. It was easy to navigate to find what we need

Shelly is amazing.We won't forget how she transformed a sad, stressful situation with our loved ones into a haven of peace, personal and home cleanliness, and delicious meals, made with their garden produce. She has a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills to deal with the needs of elders with disability, dementia, and with end-of-life care, and was able to help us understand and recognize the stages of the dying process and helped our family cope with them. She was always prompt with her communication both with us and with Palliative Care and Hospice personnel, and was willing, despite a long commute, to come in early or stay late when it was necessary, and often took the initiative and made good suggestions for our loved ones' care. We give Shelly the highest possible recommendation, and we would be have no hesitation about hiring her again in the future.  I can't even express how grateful we are to have had Shelly in our lives. Shelly is completely amazing.
